Setting up report emailing options

Before you can email reports, you need to set up your email report options.

 

To do this:

  1. Click the Company icon on the toolbar. The Setup Company Information screen opens.

  2. Select the H&S Options tab.

  3. In the Email Method for Reports section of the tab, select from the following options:

 

  1. Outlook Express with embedded report: Select this option if Outlook Express is your email program. The report will be included in the body of the email.

  2. Outlook 2000 (with RTF attachment): Select this option if Outlook 2000 or later is your email program. The report will be sent as an RTF attachment.

  3. Outlook 2000 (with PDF attachment): (Default) Select this option if Outlook 2000 or later is your email program. The report will be sent as a PDF attachment.

  4. Click OK.
