Before you can email reports, you need to set up your email report options.
To do this:
Click the Company
icon on the toolbar. The Setup Company Information screen opens.
Select the H&S Options tab.
In the Email Method for Reports section of the tab, select from the following options:
Outlook Express with embedded report: Select this option if Outlook Express is your email program. The report will be included in the body of the email.
Outlook 2000 (with RTF attachment): Select this option if Outlook 2000 or later is your email program. The report will be sent as an RTF attachment.
Outlook 2000 (with PDF attachment): (Default) Select this option if Outlook 2000 or later is your email program. The report will be sent as a PDF attachment.
Click OK.
