Graphic files may be one of the following: bitmap (.BMP), paintbrush (.PCX), graphic interchange format (.GIF), a JPEG, or a Windows metafile (.WMF).
On the report the logo will be scaled to a maximum height of 2.54 cm (1 inch) and placed in the header of each report. The same height to width aspect ratio will be kept. Note that not all graphic types scale well for printing. BMP or WMF is best.
If you are running on a network and other users will be printing reports, make sure the graphic file is placed in the same directory as the SafetyLink Risk Manager database files and that the path is not specified when inputting the file name. Other users may be using different drive letters to access this graphic.
